The Supervisory Board has been kept closely informed about the long-term HR strategy of the Executive Board, including the number of partners and employees working with Deloitte.

This long term vision of the Executive Board has been laid down on the 2016 Staffing Plan, which was discussed with the Supervisory Board in the meeting that took place in May, 2011. The Board supports the vision of the Executive Board and underlines the importance of a dedicated focus for recruiting and developing the best people for Deloitte.
