The Supervisory Board consists of four external members and three internal members. The Supervisory Board aims for an appropriate combination of knowledge and experience among its members in relation to the multidisciplinary and regulated character of Deloitte Netherlands as a professional service firm.
As the partners are also shareholders of the firm, the Board includes three partners as internal members of the Board. External members are appointed for fixed terms of four years and may be reappointed for two additional four-year terms. Internal members may be reappointed for one additional four-year term.
The Board aims to fill the existing vacancy for an external Board in the near future.
