Reducing costs is fundamental to the success of our strategy and our ability to deliver more competitive prices to our clients and provide competitive remuneration to our people. We will achieve this by deploying new technologies and making more widespread and effective use of our offshore resources for internal and client work. Another component of this will be to continue improving productivity levels.
